General Incorporated Association CCT (hereafter referred to as the "CCT") recognizes the importance of handling personal information of its members and strives to appropriately protect personal information in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information.
Management of Personal Information
The CCT shall strictly manage information on individual members.
Purpose and Scope of Personal Information Collection
When personal information is collected, the purpose of collection shall be notified, and personal information shall be collected to the extent necessary with the consent of the member. The collected personal information shall be used within the scope of the purpose indicated in advance, such as for communication from the CCT, guidance and answers to questions, and shall not be used for any other purpose without the consent of the member.
Prohibition of Disclosure and Provision to Third Parties
The CCT shall appropriately manage personal information collected from its members and shall not disclose or provide it to any third parties, except in the following cases.
- With the consent of the member
- When the CCT discloses the information to its subcontractors to the extent necessary to provide services requested by the member
- When disclosure is required by law
Compliance and Review of Laws and Regulations
The CCT shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding personal information and shall review and improve its efforts in the above items as necessary to further ensure the protection of members' personal information.
Inquiries, Corrections, and Deletion of Personal Information
Inquiries, corrections, and deletions of members' personal information shall be handled after confirming that the applicant is the respective user. Please contact the desk mentioned below in person.
