Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by the General Incorporated Association CCT on its website. Members shall use the Services upon agreeing to and complying with the Terms of Use.

1. Application and Revision of the Terms of Use

The Terms of Use apply to all relationships between the corporation and its members when using the Services. The corporation reserves the right to revise the Terms of Use without prior notice to users.

2. Approval of Use

Membership registration shall be completed when a prospective member has applied for registration in the manner prescribed by the corporation and has been approved by the corporation. The corporation reserves the right to deny or revoke approval in any of the following cases. The corporation shall not be obligated to disclose the reason for such action.

When it is found that there is a falsehood, a serious mistake, or an omission in the application for user registration

When the application is from a person who has violated the Terms of Use

Other cases in which the corporation deems it inappropriate

3. User ID and Password Management

Members shall, at their own risk, properly manage and store their user IDs and passwords for the Services, and shall not allow third parties to use them, or lend, transfer, or disclose them.

Members shall be responsible for any and all damages resulting from inadequate management of their user IDs or passwords, or unauthorized use by third parties.

4. Prohibitions

Members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities when using the Services.

Allowing a third party to use the user's login ID and password

Unauthorized use of another user's login ID and password

Acts that cause inconvenience or disadvantage to other users or third parties

Actions that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals, or are related to criminal activities

Any activity that may interfere with the Services, or any other activity that the corporation deems inappropriate

5. Suspension of the Services, etc.

The corporation may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services without prior notice to members in any of the following cases

When performing maintenance inspections or updating of computer systems related to the Services

When the provision of the Services becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, windstorm, flood, power outage, natural disaster, etc.

When the corporation deems it difficult to provide the Services for any other reasonable reasons

The corporation shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by members or third parties as a result of the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Services.

6. Restrictions on Use and Cancellation of Registration

The corporation reserves the right to restrict the use of all or part of the Services or terminate a member's registration without prior notice in the following cases

When you violate any of the Terms of Use

When it is found that there is a false fact in the registration information

Other cases where the corporation deems the use of the Services to be inappropriate

The corporation shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by members as a result of any action taken by the corporation pursuant to this item.

7. Disclaimer

The corporation shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension, termination, unavailability or modification of the Services, loss of registration data or malfunction or damage to equipment due to use of the Services, or any other damages incurred by the members in connection with the Services.

The Services are operated to provide information for physicians and health care professionals, but do not constitute an endorsement of any treatments or products described.

8. Changes to the Contents of the Services, etc.

The corporation may change the contents of the Services or terminate its provision without notice to members and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members as a result of such changes or termination.

9. Revision of the Term of Use

The corporation reserves the right to revise the Terms of Use at any time without notice to members as it deems necessary.

10. Personal Information

The Privacy Policy is set forth in the "Privacy Policy" section.

11. Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction

The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the headquarters of the corporation shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Additional Provision

The Terms of Use shall be effective as of May 16, 2022.
